GEOFF FORESTER Published: 7/7/2021 5:02:14 PM The Concord School District is preparing to return with full in-person learning in September, with relaxed mask rules and a team of new staff members to address learning gaps amassed during the pandemic year. The fall reopening plan, presented to the Concord School Board by interim Superintendent Kathleen Murphy Tuesday night, was developed based on COVID-19 transmission numbers for Concord and Merrimack County that are currently available, and also on survey responses from staff members, students and parents, the majority of whom indicated a preference for in-person learning.
