Kilkenny County Council have combined forces with neighbouring local authorities to tackle the issue of dog fouling.
A 12-month campaign was launched last week promoting the simple message ‘Bag it, Bin it’. Dog walkers who fail to clean up after their dog are creating a potential health hazard. The campaign will address health implications and a host of other social issues which are generated when dog walkers fail to clean up after their pet.
