Air quality panel tells agencies to strictly implement actio

The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) in NCR and adjoining areas has reiterated to all implementing agencies of the central and state governments of NCR to strictly implement actions under stage I of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in view of the air quality index of NCR.
