Amdocs will build a converged billing platform for the Sunil Mittal-led telco, which once implemented, will help Airtel Black customers create their own plan across multiple Airtel offerings, such as mobile, broadband and direct-to-home services. Airtel Black is the telco's premium offering that combines all accounts into a single Airtel plan.
