(WALB) - A social justice organization is working to fight what they are calling a utility bill crisis in Albany. The group 9 to 5 just started accepting applications for its utility justice fellowship program for the second year in a row in Albany. The program studies and organizes around utility and social issues. Joanna Jackson said she has always tried to be active in her community and help others. But last year when she joined 9 to 5, she was also trying to help herself.
