Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley signed an agreement with the "WeConnect" company to expand high-speed service in and around Algoma. "This is one of the best things that ever happened to this neighborhood here," said Algoma resident Raymond Wilson. Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley said he is trying to work out a deal for the rest of Pontotoc County to also have good internet access.
