WBGZ Radio 4/12/2021 | By Ross Pearson - WBGZ Radio Treehouse Wildlife Center is teaming up with Pere Marquette State Park in Grafton to host their inaugural “Walk For Wildlife” event. The day of outdoors fun will feature a walk through the nature trails at the park, peppered with meet and greets from “Animal Educator Ambassadors”, activity booths, kids craft tables, magicians and more. National Resource Coordinator at Pere Marquette State Park Kayla Alexander tells the Big Z the event will raise money for rehabilitating injured wild animals.
Walk for Wildlife is May 1 st from 9 am to 2 pm. Tickets are limited to 100 people and are $10, with kids three years old and under admitted for free. The walk will begin at the vistor’s center sign-in table at Pere Marquette. Reservation times and tickets can be found at the link below.
