All Ports Are Closed With Firewall Off - Networking

Forum discussion: I setup Port Forwarding in my D-Link router for a IP Camera, then allowed the Port thru the Firewall but the Port Checker shows ALL ports are closed. I checked it on Win10 and Win 11. If more info is need please ask. Thanks Joe P
