AMD to lose the AVX-512 upper hand thanks to Intel's new AVX

After recently proposing x86S 64-bit only CPUs, Intel today introduces AVX10 which brings AVX-512 to its E-cores as well. The company is also debuting a new APX ISA that doubles GPRs.
