After two men were killed in a shooting in Andrews on Sept. 24, the Town of Andrews Town Council took action to try to prevent future incidents.
In an emergency call meeting on Sept. 25, Andrews Town Council voted to approve a mandatory curfew for individuals under the age of 18 and to strictly enforce the prohibition of loitering within the town.
