SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The USDA Forest Service Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit (LTBMU) is scheduled to begin mechanical forest thinning next week on approximately 687 acres along the Pioneer Trail corridor from Ski Run Blvd. south to Meyers.
