Another setback: Cauvery Authority asks Karnataka to obey CW

The Authority, however, rejected Tamil Nadu's request for directions to Karnataka to release 12.5 TMC ft of water, which it claimed was the backlog, and increase in the quantum of release to 12,500 cusecs, from the current 3000 cusecs.
