Anti-lockdown, pro-Palestine marches move through downtown O

OTTAWA --
Two different demonstrations drew crowds to downtown Ottawa on a sunny Saturday afternoon.
An anti-lockdown protest against Ontario's stay-at-home order, and against broader COVID-19 measures in general, made its way down Bank Street, through the ByWard Market Saturday.
Holding signs with messages such as "we are all essential" and "flatten the fear", the large gathering of maskless individuals marched through downtown chanting "no more lockdowns." 
Ontario's stay-at-home order was recently extended to June 2, with Premier Doug Ford and Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. David Williams each saying the province isn't ready to begin easing restrictions, including on outdoor recreational activities.
