[Marital Rape] Delhi High Court judges differ on constitutio

While Justice Rajiv Shakdher held that that marital rape exception violates Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution, Justice C Hari Shankar said the challenge to the provision has no legs to stand on.
