One Indian Army pilot died while another suffered major injuries after an advanced light helicopter crash-landed in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district

Kathua: In an unfortunate turn of event, an Indian army helicopter force-lands in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district.
According to reports, the incident occurred in Lakhanpur area on January 25 in which one of the two pilots injured in the chopper crash succumbed to injuries.
The chopper, which was coming from Pathankot, was forced to make a crash-landing in an Army area in the Lakhanpur belt of the district, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Kathua Shailendra Mishra said.
