New Mexicoâs Motor Vehicle Division is entirely broken. Who in their right mind would allow for registration of new vehicle purchases to result in automatic emails instructing you to go out of town in three to four weeks to get an appointment?    Then wait. MVD staff are not serving customers but taking their time, as if no one is supervising. Why not have the work training be about diligence and care for the business at hand? Neither seniors, the infirm, nor others in special circumstances have their needs addressed meaningfully.    A senior now, I will drive across country without a registered trailer because nobody is home at MVD?
