Jun 29, 2021 An Ashland County Common Pleas Court Judge will not be seeking re-election. According to RichlandSource.com, Ronald Forsthoefel will not be running for a third term, which his current term will expire in February of 2023.Forsthoefel said he will be 65 at that time and does not have the energy or desire to run a contested campaign. He said that he would seek re-election if unopposed.
