Ashwini Vaishnaw took charge as the union railway minister, minister of information and broadcasting, and Union minister of electronics and information technology. Jitin Prasada is the minister of state for electronics and information technology, succeeding Rajeev Chandrasekhar after switching from Congress to BJP.
