Asking price is $175,000 for Forest Street property Wicked Local CARVER – It’s land that many people outside of the Carver Redevelopment Authority may have forgotten about, but it’s still for sale. With development underway nearby, the Redevelopment Authority is readvertising the property at 90 Forest St., at the corner of North Main and Forest streets, on the recommendation of Planning Director Jim Walsh. A new sign will be posted to mark the site. The asking price is $175,000. Redevelopment Authority Chairman Sharon Clarke said the property has been listed in the Central Register, an online publication in which state, county and local government agencies can advertise land, but agreed that maybe the one acre will be more attractive now.
