Assam Governor Shri Gulab Chand Kataria released two books titled "Mukhya Mantrir Diary 2," and "Mukhya Mantrir Boktrita Sankalan 2," written by Chief MinisterHimanta Biswa Sarma at a function held at Lok Sewa Bhawan.
