Virginia State Police say the crash took place shortly before 2:45 p.m. on I-64 near exit 256 just west of Victory Boulevard. Investigators say a 2007 Hyundai Entourage driven by 22-year-old Cooper Plum of Stafford was in the far right lane when it swerved to the far left lane and struck a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from behind. Police say Plum continued going until he stopped further up on the left shoulder.
