At Niti meet, Assam CM seeks special exemptions, Arunachal CM wants changes in curriculum

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, pitched that while Arunachal Government will localise state specific curriculum of culture and traditions at primary level and Arunachal History at middle school level, Government of India must include North East India history and culture in the national curriculum.

GUWAHATI: Assam Chief Miniser Sarbananda Sonowal in the 6th Governing Council meet of the NITI Aayog sought special exemption to Assam with regard to requirement of the size of land for establishing any project in the state.
