Contributed photo Staff Reporter Modified: 6/9/2021 1:45:14 PM ATHOL — Readers of all ages will explore the animal kingdom this summer as the Athol Public Library presents “Tails & Tales.” The annual summer reading program will run from June 18 through Aug. 20. There is something for everyone and plenty of ways to stay busy reading and having fun. Last year, participants exceeded the community reading goal — and the library staff know they can count on everyone to do it again this year. If the goal is met, the Friends of the Athol Library will make a donation to the local animal shelter.
