The center, which launched March 2, will be built over the summer with the goal to open in Oakland University’s School of Engineering and Computer Science this fall. A collaborative project between OU, the College for Creative Studies and regional industry partners, the augmented reality center, or ARC, allows students from CCS and OU to work alongside faculty and industry partners to apply AR technology in a variety of fields.
