OUTSTANDING contributions made by individuals and community and voluntary groups across Cork county were showcased at the 10th annual Mayor’s Community Awards. Taking the honours for West Cork were retired Baltimore RNLI coxswain Kieran Cotter and Clonakilty Community Youth Ce
