Balsamic Pork Chops with Mushroom SAVE RECIPE Source: Food Network Kitchen 2. Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute. 3. Sprinkle pork with salt & pepper to taste. 4. Brown pork chops 3 minutes per side; add vinegar, rosemary, and soy sauce. 5. Bake for 15 minutes. 6. Transfer sauce to bowl and keep warm. 7. Add butter and mushrooms to skillet. 8. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes. 9. Spoon warm sauce over pork and mushrooms and serve. NOTES I browned the pork chops after using the salt & pepper; then I cooked them in the oven. While they were cooking, I cooked the mushrooms in the butter. When the pork was done, I placed them on a platter. I added the juice from the pan to the mushrooms and then I stirred the Balsamic Glaze into the mushroom mixture. I put the sauce on top of the chops and served. Therefore, I did not need the vinegar, rosemary, or soy sauce.
