BANK of Commerce (BankCom), an affiliate of San Miguel Corp (SMC), said Thursday that it was upbeat on the market potential of its 'SikapPinoy Asenso' service, a remittance, savings, and investment platform for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in Japan.
