Barefoot Nazarene devotees allowed to take LRT 2, says manag

(UPDATE) MANILA, Philippines: All three rapid transit lines in Metro Manila announced on Tuesday that they would allow barefoot devotees participating in the Traslacion to board their trains during the Feast of the Black Nazarene.
