Jul 14, 2021 Shyne Barrow Former Leader of the Opposition Patrick Faber is on record stating that he has not taken a position on the controversial Eleventh Amendment bill. Despite his name appearing on the letterhead of a release issued by the U.D.P.’s parliamentary caucus on Monday, Faber maintains that he has not come out in favor of or against the contentious piece of legislation. But his successor argues that behind closed doors, Faber has in fact expressed his position on the matter. The Eleventh Amendment, according to Opposition Leader Shyne Barrow is being supported by all U.D.P. parliamentarians with the exception of Faber.
