Leopoldo Estorque, Jr., town police chief, said in a report on Friday that the victim was identified as Jose Paulo Tuazon, 37, a BPSU director for Auxiliary & Entrepreneurial Services and resident of Barangay Doña Francisca in Balanga City, this province. The victim’s Toyota Revo was a total wreck while the truck only had a minor dent at its rear portion.
