[Photo: 106.1 The Goat] The Battlefords Gang Task Force have taken a 26-year old man into custody after he was stopped driving a reportedly stolen vehicle in the 1300 block of 97th Street. When officers searched the vehicle they found a machete, bear mace and ammunition. The man will be appearing in court Wednesday August 4th facing two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, three counts of suspected failing to comply with various court orders and two counts of suspected possession of property obtained by crime.
