I'm being joined by one of the youngest members of paralympics gb, 14yearold bly twomey <\/a>along with her table tennis partner <\/a><\/a>but together they won bronze on thursday. Congratulations to both of you. You had a couple of days to let it sink in. How are you feeling about a? just unbelievable. The journey that we've been on together, the journey i've been on personally to spirit we'll share this is incredible. I know you tried to qualify for rio in that you made it to paris. Was it everything you thought it would be? absolutely. And more. I could've hoped for a better experience. The atmosphere has been incredible. I can't wait to go back out there again and play the singles. Bly, 11; years of age. Are you pinching yourself today that you have a bronze medal <\/a>around your neck? i didn't think that at 14 years old i would be playing in the paralympics. To get a bronze medal <\/a>with this means so much to me. Tell us about your journey because you started at brighton table tennis <\/a>club. Was it a summer camp <\/a>when you first played? yes. I started at summer camp, multisport, and they invited me there and i've been playing ever sense. Did you ever think it would lead to they invited me there and i've been playing ever sinse. Did you ever think it would lead to the paralympics? i've always wanted to find my sport and to get to the paralympics. I was hoping it would lead to the paralympics. Have you ever played a match in front of his a match in front of as many people as you have over the last few days? know, i've never played in front of this many people for the 150 at brighton table tennis <\/a>are coming to support me, to be amazing. Tell me about playing with bly, what is that been like for you? the experience of playing with bly is been incredible. She's really brought something different to the table. Some form, energy and were both great together. To be able to work with her is just fantastic. We've got a very bright future. How does the relationship work,<\/a> are you like the older sister? you think so but. . . She drags me along. She brings the best out of me. She is often there to calm me down. Without her i wouldn't be able to play the way i am playing. You've been playing for so much longer. What is the paralympics done for you? the paralympics, it's been a long journey but it's been incredible. I've enjoyed every moment of it. It's really brought a lot to live both on and off the table. Life both on and off the table. Bly, you mentioned will bailey <\/a>who is a legend of the sport and from the same part of the world as you. How big an influence has he been on helping you as a player? a massive influence on me since i started table tennis. Now because he's got a gold medal itjust <\/a>with him coaching me i might be able to do the same. You have played with him as well as practice, haven't you? i played with him at a european power <\/a>championships. Have you heard from your friends at school and people at home? yes. My school,<\/a> a lot texted me and say greatjob, good job. Just keep going and keep fighting. Bly mentioned 120 people coming from brighton to support her and will bailey. What about your friends and family? i've chosen to have the closest future me. It's been special to see them and share the special moment with me. I also have a big involvement with brighton because of bly and i'll be fine for them next season. Plenty of warm sunshine, particularly northern and eastern areas, but it was cloudier further south. As we go into the first part of september it looks like conditions will turn increasingly warm and humid, and there will be thundery showers, which will become more widespread and some that could be torrential. The cloud we've had across southern areas associated with this weather front <\/a>around this area of high pressure, and that will be drawing in some warm and humid air, mainly to england and wales as we head through tonight. So there'll be cloudier skies <\/a>across england and wales. Chance of a few heavy, maybe thundery showers pushing up across southern areas. Scotland, northern ireland <\/a>probably seeing the clearest of the skies throughout the night so again could be quite chilly across some central northern parts of scotland, but double figures elsewhere. I think for many of us probably the best of the sunshine towards the north west.<\/a> As we go through the afternoon though, we'll start to see increasing showers and thunderstorms developing across england and wales. Hit and miss showers. Many places will avoid them, but if you catch one it could be quite torrential, possibly with large hail as well. Now towards eastern parts it will stay quite breezy, so a little bit cooler <\/a>along north sea coast.<\/a> Otherwise a warm and humid day for many, could be in the high 20s, given some sunshine towards the southeast. Low 20s further north. As we head through sunday night,<\/a> we hold on to the risk of showers and thunderstorms pretty much anywhere, but they will be extending further northwards as well. So by monday morning <\/a>we're all in that humid air with midteens there for the central belt <\/a>of scotland. Same too for belfast. No lower than 16 or 17 across the southeast. For monday looks more unsettled. We've got this weak area of low pressure across the country, but it'll be strong enough to generate a lot of cloud and plenty <\/a>of showers and thunderstorms. Again, the details are a bit sketchy this far out, but it does look like we could see some thunderstorms across more central and eastern areas and across some western parts too. But again, this could change. The best chance of seeing some sunshine could be towards the southeast, where again, we could be into the high 20s with high humidity. But generally it's the high teens, low 20s for most stays unsettled i think, as we head into tuesday. But then wednesday onwards, it looks like high pressure <\/a>may start to topple in again from the west. That will settle things down for many of us with increasing amounts of sunshine.
