Belarus presides over UNECE ExCom session in Geneva MINSK, 17 December (BelTA) - The 112th official session of the Executive Committee of the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) on 14 December 2020 was chaired by Permanent Representative of Belarus to Geneva Yuri Ambrazevich, BelTA learned from Belarus' Permanent Mission to the United Nations Office and Other International Organizations in Geneva. The session considered the organizational aspects of holding the 69th session of the UNECE “Promoting circular economy and sustainable management of natural resources” due in Geneva in April 2021, including its provisional agenda and a draft high-level statement. The preparation of the Regional Forum on Sustainable Development in the UNECE region scheduled for March 2021 was also on the agenda.
