Belarus takes part in UNAIDS Program Coordinating Board session MINSK, 17 December (BelTA) – Belarus is taking part in the 47th web-based session of the UNAIDS Program Coordinating Board running on 15-18 December 2020, BelTA learned from Belarus' Permanent Mission to the United Nations Office and Other International Organizations in Geneva. “The Republic of Belarus was elected to the Program Coordinating Board, the main governing body of UNAIDS, for a second consecutive term for the period 2020-2022. The UNAIDS seeks to mobilize and coordinate the work of relevant UN agencies, as well as governments, non-governmental organizations, private sector and academia to combat HIV/AIDS,” the permanent mission noted.
