WORLD OF BUZZ Published 4 months ago Ben & Jerry’s has closed their only outlet in Malaysia at Sunway Pyramid for good after slightly more than one year of operating. In a Facebook post on 17 December, the US ice cream chain wrote that they will be transitioning out of Malaysia after facing some challenges during the pandemic. “After careful consideration of our business and the challenges of operating in the country during a global pandemic, we regret to confirm our decision to transition out of Malaysia,” the post said. “We want to thank our beloved fans, to anyone who’s ever enjoyed our products, visited our Scoop Shop and took part in any of our activities in Kuala Lumpur.”
