Berkeley Alexander has launched its 2023 apprentice programme as the general insurance firm bids to train a new generation of professionals. The Lewes-based company, which employs 7,000 staff across 100 offices in the UK, says apprentices will join all of its existing teams, providing them with on-the-job training
