Beth A. Smith steps in as StickerGiant's CEO

StickerGiant has promoted its current COO, Beth A. Smith, who takes over the CEO position from its founder, John Fischer.
Since joining StickerGiant as COO in 2017, Smith has helped guide its growth and led annual sales from USD 12 million to an expected USD 32 million for 2021. Smith also ushered the company through pandemic's challenges, managing a hybrid workforce implementing new safety protocols. Smith identifies as gender non-binary, and their passion for social justice and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging fits with the forward-thinking, human-centric business culture of StickerGiant.
Smith has broad experience in various industries, formerly serving as director of operations at Intrado and in several sales and customer service leadership positions for UPS. Smith’s relationship skills and talent for connecting people, processes, and technology have earned them proven expertise in building employee and customer-focused cultures. Smith is also the founder of Boulder Mindful Living and has served on the board of Out Boulder County.
