Bharathy Singaravel (she/her) is a reporter and a part of the features team at The News Minute. She has reported on social justice and caste atrocities in Tamil Nadu. She also writes features on Tamil popular culture and its overlaps with caste, gender and state politics. Bharathy has a special interest in fantasy and sci-fi literature and films that challenge Euro-centric ways of telling such stories.
