Billerica Special Town Meeting to take up Council on Aging, recreation center projects

BILLERICA — The town is preparing for what may be a lengthy spring Town Meeting starting May 7, and the Select Board voted last week to set a special Town Meeting for May 14 to vote on funding for a new Council on Aging building and a new recreation center, with dueling versions of each project.
