The opposition BJP in Bihar on Tuesday charged Chief Minister Nitish Kumar with having made the state a "laughing stock" by predicting that the world would come to an end in 100 years from now. State BJP spokesman Nikhil Anand came out with a strongly worded comment in response to a speech by Kumar here a day ago, in presence of dignitaries from across the country and abroad, who had come to attend the inauguration of Bihar museum biennale.
