On 10-27-2020, at approximately 07:46 hours, Officers received a telephone call from the project manager from Lennar Homes in Ten Trails. Officers were informed that a house under construction on Glacier AVE SE had a wooden front door dropped off in the garage on 10-23-2020. Officers were advised that there is no doors or a garage door on the house being built. Sometime over the weekend, someone removed the door from the unfinished garage without permission. There is no suspect information at this time. ********** On 10-27-2020, at approximately 07:46 hours, Officers received a telephone call from the project manager of Lennar Homes. Officers were informed that the subject wanted to report that someone removed a brass pressure relief valve from the unfinished garage of a residence being constructed in Ten Trails. Officers arrived at the scene and were informed that the pressure relief valve was installed in the garage on 10-15-2020 and was found missing on 10-20-2020. There are no doors or garage door installed on the residence. There is no suspect information.
