Board of Developmental Disabilities seeks to expand employment program ZANESVILLE - One year following layoffs of employment program participants, the Board of Developmental Disabilities is looking for employment for those not yet rehired. "We've really tried to help each job seeker individually, just like you or I would do, and help them find jobs." said Sheila Hina, a support specialist at the board's Employment Navigation program. Hina recently asked Muskingum County Commissioners to consider offering part-time county department jobs to adults living with developmental disabilities. She said she already had a few individuals in mind who could excel in some suggested positions.
