Boiling Springs hires new town manager The town of Boiling Springs has named Justin Longino as its new town manager. Longino comes by way of Iredell County, where he was town manager of Troutman for three years, and the town's parks and recreation director before that. He has been a consultant for the Centralina Regional Council for the past year. "Anytime you can gain that (small town) experience its a good thing. We felt that and some other small things in his interview and his excitement for Boiling Springs, he was a good fit," said Bill Ellis, Boiling Springs mayor. "We had a number of applicants and appreciate their interest in Boiling Springs and that made it exciting for us on the search committee. It was a choice to figure out who was the best fit and Justin fit that bill."
