This CET Syllabus is with regards to the First Year Junior Colleges, FYJC Admissions 2021. It has further questioned the government on the condition of priority for this year's FYJC admissions. A Bench of Justices Ramesh Dhanuka and Riyaz Chagla asked the state government if separate boards can have their own separate syllabus for CET. This questioning was mostly centered referring to a separate syllabus for Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE and Indian Certificate of Secondary Education, ICSE students. It seeked clarification if this separate syllabus for these students can be made. Additionally, it even asked if the condition of giving priority admissions to CET applicants can be withdrawn.
