A 4-year-old boy is recovering after he was struck by a vehicle in southwest Baltimore.According to police, the child was struck by a vehicle just after 4 p.m. Wednesday in the unit block of Culver Street.Police said the vehicle remained at the scene.The child sustained head and neck injuries and was transported to Johns Hopkins pediatrics, police said.The child is still in stable condition and is conscious and alert at the hospital, police said.There was no further information as to how the child was struck.This report will be updated.
