Mayor Tommy Battle, along with Councilman Bill Kling, (Dist. 4) attended. Leader's unveiled the "Lance Cpl. Larry G. Clark Memorial Bridge" on Drake Avenue just west of Memorial Parkway. Clark's sister Lavonne Clark, his Aunt Jo Ann Mitchel Bolden, and nephew Terry Rust were there to receive a copy of the bridge sign. Some of Clark's high school friends attended also.
