A Broadway man will spend three years in jail in connection with a shooting last spring in Harrisonburg.
Kobe Michael Davis pleaded guilty to four charges today in Rockingham County Circuit Court.
Among those charges included a pair of felonies, attempted malicious wounding and shooting into an occupied vehicle.
A judge then sentenced the 22-year-old Davis to 10 years in prison with seven of the years suspended. He was also sentenced to two years of supervised probation upon release and forced to pay nearly 67-hundred dollars in restitution.
Harrisonburg Police say Davis shot at an occupied vehicle during the afternoon of May 2nd at the Harrison Apartment Complex on Devon Lane. No injuries were reported in the incident.
