Photo: Saga Communications 12/30/20 A delay in the case of a Broadway man charged in connection with a shooting earlier this year in Harrisonburg. Kobe Michael Davis was scheduled to enter pleas in the case yesterday in Rockingham County Circuit Court. However, online records indicate that the hearing was continued until Friday, January 8 th. The 22-year-old Davis faces four charges, including a pair of felonies, attempted malicious wounding and shooting into an occupied vehicle. The charges stemmed from an incident during the afternoon of May 2 nd at the Harrison Apartment Complex on Devon Lane. Harrisonburg Police say Davis shot at an occupied vehicle. After eluding authorities initially, he turned himself two days later. No injuries were reported.
