Brockton man indicted in Pembroke crash that killed Quincy woman BROCKTON — A Plymouth County grand jury has indicted a Brockton man on manslaughter and other charges in connection with a fatal Pembroke crash on Route 3 that killed a Quincy woman. The indictments transfer Randy Campbell's case from Plymouth District Court to Plymouth County Superior Court where more serious cases are tried and defendants can face longer sentences if convicted. The speedometer in Campbell's vehicle was stuck at 80 mph following the collision, Assistant District Attorney Amanda Fowle said during Campbell's district court arraignment. A blood sample taken from Campbell, who was hospitalized with injuries from the crash, revealed he had fentanyl, THC, methadone and cocaine in his system, Fowle said.
