Brockton man indicted in Randolph shooting DEDHAM — A Norfolk County grand jury had indicted a Brockton man on charges stemming from a Randolph gas station shooting. The indictments charge Antone Jeremiah with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license. The indictments transfer Jeremiah's case from Quincy District Court to Norfolk County Superior Court where more serious crimes are tried and defendants can face longer sentences if convicted. Police say that Jeremiah shot a 28-year-old Raynham man in the midsection at a Shell gas station at 1370 North Main Street in June 2020.
